Strength Training

Pilates 

Pilates and stretching are both focused on helping your body move better, feel better, and stay balanced. Pilates is a low-impact workout that strengthens your core, improves posture, and builds control and stability throughout your whole body. Stretching focuses more on lengthening your muscles and improving flexibility.

The benefits go beyond just mobility. Pilates helps create a strong, stable foundation, which can improve balance, coordination, and reduce the risk of injury. It also helps tone muscles without adding bulk and teaches better body awareness.
